what if i lose my debit/credit card
1. Call your card company to freeze your account immediately.

2. Change login, password, and PIN for your account.
3. Write a follow up letter to your card company.
- Include your account number, date and time when you noticed your card was missing, and when you first reported the loss.
- Keep a copy of your letter.
- Send by certified mail and ask for a return receipt.
4. Record the dates you made calls or sent letters.
